It helps both the data providers and the power data users in evaluating and improving the quality of the services they provide and rely on. Spatineo Monitor uses the monitoring information continuously collected by the Spatineo Monitoring Agent Network and a set of analysis tools to give and an overview as well as details of technical quality of online Spatial Web Services around the world. It also helps communication between the data providers and the application developer communities by making it easy to publish service maintenance and other notifications to these communities.
